Going to jail is always hard but surviving and thriving in jail for long periods can be excruciatingly difficult. My experience personally was difficult, both are mentally and physically. I remember thinking to myself during this time that one day I’d have my own art studio where I could fulfill my creativity at 100% endlessly unapologetically without someone watching me all day long and breaking down every keyboard stroke.

Motivating Yourself in Creativity

I found that when I got myself a solitary confining state, drawing or writing were the only available options for escape-and-information. Many inmates inside slip into a depression through which they lose creative abilities. Being an all-time conformist never worked for me even in marriage and on job interviews haha.
